In April 2012, he released his first mixtape titled I Go In On Every Song which achieved success. He then released another mixtape called Still Goin In still on the Black Russian Gang label also in 2012. Differences is the first single taken from his mixtape.

He participates in the song My Nigga by rapper YG with Young Jeezy whose single is positioned at the 19th place of the Billboard Hot 100. He then collaborates with 2 Chainz on the song Extra of his second album B.O.A.T.S. II: Me Time.

His single Type of Way is well received by the New York Times, which cites the artist as now an integral part of the new generation of hip-hop in Atlanta. The single debuted 50th on the Billboard Hot 100, and Still Goin In (Reloaded) was voted 10th best mixtape by Rolling Stone magazine in 2013.
